What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, your email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and a message, along with answers to any questions that form asks. We also collect basic, standard website information such as pages viewed, through common analytics tools.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, to help you buy or sell a home, and to follow up about your inquiry. If you opt in, we may also send you marketing emails about the market and our services. You can unsubscribe from those at any time using the link in any email, and we honor every request.

Text messages

If you give us a phone number and agree to be texted, we record your consent and the date you gave it. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. When you unsubscribe or opt out, we add you to our do-not-contact list and stop reaching out.

Who handles your information

We do not sell your information. To run this site and follow up with you, we use trusted service providers that process information on our behalf: GoHighLevel, our contact and follow-up system; Vercel, which hosts this website; and, if you use the chat assistant on this site, Anthropic, which powers it. Each handles data under its own standard terms, and we share your information with them only to provide the service you asked for.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and opt out of texts by replying STOP. To make any of these requests, contact us using the information below.
